Scott practice at Kaufman & Logan includes complex civil litigation, business litigation and insurance coverage litigation.
Before joining Kaufman & Logan LLP, Scott practiced in San Francisco, CA and Detroit, MI where he focused on complex civil litigation in the areas of unfair competition and labor and employment litigation.
While at Tulane University School of Law, Scott served as the Entertainment Editor on the Environmental Law Journal and was a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). He served as intern for the Hon. Martin L. Feldman, United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, and performed legal services with the Conservation Law Foundation in Montpelier, Vermont. Scott was also the recipient of the Joshua J. Roth Merit Scholarship Award.
In his free time, Scott enjoys fly-fishing, playing soccer and spending time with his chocolate lab, Cuj.
