Randall has represented insurance carriers in all aspects of coverage and bad faith litigation involving commercial general liability, errors and omissions, and professional liability policies. He has advised carriers on coverage matters relating to all types of commercial policies. Randall also has provided carriers with comprehensive analyses of coverage issues regarding underlying complaints of securities fraud, infringement of intellectual property, antitrust, product liability, and legal malpractice matters as well as handled all phases of state and federal pretrial litigation. In the course of such representation, Randall has worked closely with remediation, forensic accounting, and statistical experts throughout the discovery and trial preparation phases.

Randall has been with Kaufman & Logan since February 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, with a focus on insurance coverage and environmental law, and prepared regular submissions on insurance-related legal topics to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel for publication (www.thefederation.org). He was previously a member of the Litigation Department of the San Francisco offices of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. At Paul Hastings, in addition to his law and motion practice, Randall supervised the review of millions of pages of technical documents for a major aerospace corporation in defense of a multi-billion dollar class action toxic tort lawsuit.
